We were tasked with bringing a worn down and outdated house back up to date to look amazing and function for the lucky family moving in.
We constructed a two story extension with stepbacks. Full re wire, re plumb, re plaster and complete remodel and refurbishment.
The property went from a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property to a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a seperate anex for guests to include their own small kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom by utilising the old garage space part of the existing kitchen space.
The main house resulted in having a huge kitchen diner with 7m bi folding doors with roof lantern and also a separate lounge area.
The master suite has a beautiful ensuite bathroom , juliet balcony with bi folding doors and a walk in wardrobe.
The hosue is now modern and efficeint with all the space the family requires to live thier busy lives and have the space aroiund them they desirted from the outset of the design and build.
School toilets installation.
Here we were tasked with converting an old disused office and storage rooms into a modern toilet facilty. We used touch less taps and toilet flush controls, Altro Safety flooring and hygenic Altro pvc WhiteRok panels for the walls.
All plumbing and services concealed behind coloured IPS panels.
The project was completed start to finish in a two week holiday period.
